Product Overview:
The Oilpath OP-APV-16-22 is a hydraulic safety valve which prevents the tipper body from lowering unexpectedly. These safety valves are a required for site access by many companies within Australia to comply with their OH&S regulations. The third generation of Oilpath's market leading hoist blocking product, this valve is designed and manufactured in Australia utilising premium materials and world class manufacturing tolerances and techniques. The latest revision provides an even lower pressure drop through the body utilising patented technology. The design also incorporates a large ratio “balanced” pneumatic cylinder which uses extremely low (2.1bar) air pressure to activate the system. The characteristics of the low-pressure requirement ensure efficient activation at times when little air is available and provides faster response times. Combining all these features guarantees the most efficient activation and hoist lowering times in the industry.
